This case report discusses the aesthetic and functional rehabilitation of a 57-year-old female patient with severely worn teeth and reduced vertical dimension through a prosthetic approach. The treatment involved increasing the Occlusal Vertical Dimension (OVD) using fixed restorations and removable partial dentures, which improved both function and aesthetics. The patient showed favorable adaptation to the new vertical dimension, leading to a satisfactory clinical outcome.
