What is Poster Presentations about?

Background: The incidence of revision total elbow arthroplasty (TEA) has increased over the past 5 years. However, a recent systematic review of all revision TEAs identified no published clinical outcomes of revision TEA using the Discovery Elbow System; one of the UKs most commonly used implants. Objective: To review the medium-term outcomes of prospectively collected data on first-time revision TEAs using the linked Discovery Elbow System. Materials & Methods: We reviewed a consecutive series of all firsttime Discovery revision TEAs performed from 2008 to 2018. Data was reviewed for patient demographics, revision indication and post-operative complications. Pre-and post-operative Mayo Elbow Performance Score (MEPS), Oxford Elbow Score (OES) and range of motion (ROM) were evaluated. Results: We identified 35 revision TEAs, with a mean age of 67.8 years (30-89) and follow-up of 62 months (13-115).
