What is Competition Pool Design Specifications about?
Competition pools are either 50m or 25m in length with minimum depths of 1.35m for pools with starting blocks and 1.0m for pools without. Pool walls are at right angles to the course with non-slip surfaces and optional rest ledges below the 1.2m waterline.
