What is New Water Rate Notification for Tenants about?

The letter informs tenants of new water rates that went into effect in November 2018 due to transferring the water source from a deep well pump to the local water district. This transfer is expected to increase utility bills for water and electricity. The rate adjustments will ensure fewer water interruptions for tenants and are based on an analysis to ensure tenants pay their fair share of water service costs. Tenants with questions should contact Miss Hazel.
