What is Mrs. Packletide about?

Mrs. Packletide wanted to go on a tiger hunt in India to impress her friend who had shown off her own tiger skin. She arranged through the villagers to have a tiger driven into an open field where she would shoot it from a platform in a tree. A goat was tied in the field to lure the tiger. That night, Mrs. Packletide shot at the tiger but accidentally killed the goat instead. The tiger likely died of fright. She returned to England with the skin but it cost more money than planned.
