This study examined the relationship between blood screening test results for voluntary donors versus substitute donors at RSUD Rokan Hulu Hospital in 2017. Blood screening tests for HBsAg, anti-HCV, anti-TP, and anti-HIV were conducted on each donor. The results showed that HBsAg was reactive in 7 voluntary donors (1.4%) and 38 substitute donors (1.8%).
