This study compares the efficacy of the conventional direct sinus lift technique with the Lateral Approach Sinus Kit® (LAS Kit®) in 14 patients. Results indicate that the LAS Kit® significantly reduces sinus membrane perforation rates and operative time compared to the conventional technique, while achieving 100% implant integrity after 6 months. The study concludes that LAS Kit® is a safer approach for sinus lift procedures in patients with Type I and II sinus membranes.
