This document reports a case of traumatic globe subluxation in a 7-year-old girl caused by a bicycle handlebar accident. On examination, her left eye had no light perception and the globe was dislocated anteriorly. Manual reduction of the globe was performed under general anesthesia. Ultrasound revealed suspicion of optic nerve avulsion. Postoperative vision remained no light perception.
