Can I read Mongkut, the King of Siam on EtoBox?

Mongkut, the King of Siam by Abbot Low Moffat is a book available to read on EtoBox.

What is Mongkut, the King of Siam about?

King of Siam from 1851 to 1869, Mongkut was deeply religious but had an earthy flare for the practical and a mind keenly interested in the scientific advances of the world outside Siam. Moffat considers Anna Leonowens to have presented Mongkut as a caricature of himself in her book, The English governess at the Siamese court. Moffat seeks to show him as a far more engaging figure, the brother of the rules of his day.
