What is Financial Aid Impact in North Kosovo about?

The Government of Kosovo allocated funds to support capital infrastructure projects in North Kosovo municipalities in 2015. EUR 15.17 million was distributed to 8 ministries to fund projects related to infrastructure, health, culture, education, social welfare, environment and local government. The funds were divided based on criteria like population but allocation faced objections. Relevant ministries then signed agreements with mayors to allow funds to be spent on approved projects.
