What is Request for Catechism Teaching Permission about?

The letter requests permission from the school principal for volunteer catechists from the Bascaran Quasi-Parish to teach catechism and conduct other religious activities within regular class hours for the upcoming school year. The goal is to help instill both religious and moral values in students so they become good citizens. Any activities would not interfere with other school learning and would occur during an approved time, preferably the first 15 minutes of class.
