The document reports the results of a microbiology culture and sensitivity test. A blood sample from a 60 year old male tested positive for Gram positive cocci. Over 10,000 bacterial colonies per mL were found. The organism was highly sensitive to Ciprofloxacin, Doxycycline, Meropenem, and other antibiotics, and showed moderate sensitivity to Nitrofurantoin and Rifampicin. It was resistant to Erythromycin, Vancomycin, Cefotaxime, and other antibiotics.
