This study investigates the reproductive genotoxicity of first-line antituberculosis drugs (RIF, INH, EMB, PZA) and their fixed-dose combination (FDC) in male mice. Results indicate that while the FDC did not significantly affect testicular weight or induce pathological lesions, the individual drugs led to abnormal sperm morphology and testicular damage. The findings suggest that the first-line anti-TB drugs, unlike the FDC, have the potential to provoke testicular anomalies in male mice.
