What is The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl Summary about?

The story is about the weaver girl Zhinu who falls in love with the cowherd Niulang. However, their relationship is forbidden as Zhinu is a goddess. When the Empress goddess finds out, she orders Zhinu to return to heaven. Niulang follows her by killing his ox and wearing its hide to travel to heaven. The Empress separates them by creating the Milky Way galaxy between them, allowing them to meet only once a year.
