What is The Fox and the Cat about?

The Fox and the Lion The first time the Fox saw the Lion, he was frightened and hid. The next time, the Fox kept his distance but watched the Lion pass by. The third time, the Fox boldly approached the Lion, asking how his family was and when they would meet again. The Fox then departed casually from the Lion. Familiarity can breed contempt while acquaintance softens prejudices.
