Mixed connective tissue disease (MCTD) is an autoimmune condition affecting many organs. It overlaps features of SLE, scleroderma, polymyositis, and dermatomyositis. Patients test positive for anti-RNP antibodies. Treatment includes NSAIDs, hydroxychloroquine, corticosteroids, cyclophosphamide, and calcium channel blockers.
