An archive gap was detected on the standby database between sequence numbers 552 and 556. The missing archived redo logs were identified on the primary database and copied over to the standby. The logs were then registered on the standby to resolve the gap. Alternatively, an RMAN incremental backup could be taken on the primary to roll the standby forward faster when there is a large sequence number mismatch between databases.
