This document provides instructions for creating a simple balloon pump using two empty film canisters, bicycle tube, straw, and tape. The pump works by cutting holes in the canisters and taping one end to create a suction valve and the other to create a delivery valve. When the taped canisters are placed in the bicycle tube and moved together and apart, it acts like a bellows to inflate a balloon placed on the delivery straw. Repeated motions will inflate and allow popping of the balloon.
