This dissertation explores the relationships between social media addiction, sleep quality, academic stress, and body image among young adults aged 18-22. A study involving 100 undergraduate students revealed significant differences in social media addiction and body image between genders, while no significant differences were found in sleep quality and academic stress. The findings indicate a positive correlation between social media addiction and poor sleep quality, particularly among male participants.
