This study evaluates the clinico-radiological outcomes of 32 patients with bicondylar tibial plateau fractures treated using a dual incision and dual pre-contoured locking plate technique over an 18-month follow-up period. Results indicated that 46.9% of patients achieved excellent functional outcomes, with an average Rasmussen’s score of 26.7, while complications were minimal. The findings suggest that this surgical approach provides good exposure, stability, and allows for early rehabilitation.
