What is ICT in Food Safety Education: e-Learning Impact about?

This study investigates the impact of integrating Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in teaching Principles of Food Safety, Hygiene, and Sanitation to first-year college students at Far Eastern University. Results indicate that the ICT group showed significant improvement in academic performance and attitude compared to the Traditional lecture-discussion group. The findings suggest that e-learning approaches enhance student engagement and comprehension in the subject matter.
