Strata encountered included topsoil from 0-1 meter, sandy clay from 1-2 meters, silty/clayey sand from 2-4 meters, slightly sandy silt from 4-6 meters, and silty sand from 6-9 meters where rock was hit. Rock cores from 9-12 meters encountered poor to moderately weathered granite.
