1) Philip Morris plans to sell $1.5 billion in shares of the Indonesian cigarette maker PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna later this year. This is due to Sampoerna not complying with Indonesian listing requirements to have at least a 7.5% free float by January 2023. 2) Sampoerna currently has a free float of only 1.82% and must increase this to meet listing standards.
