Polyol Y-1537 is a grafted polypropylene glycol containing copolymerized styrene and acrylonitrile designed for producing flexible slabstock foams. It has a hydroxyl number of 48±2.5 mgKOH/g, pH of 5.0-8.0, acid number of 0.10 max mgKOH/g, and viscosity of 600-950 cps at 25°C. Guide formulations are provided to achieve desirable PU foam properties with densities ranging from 16.5-25.8 kg/cm3 and other physical properties.
