What is CW-FIT: Enhancing Classroom Behavior about?

CW-FIT aims to improve student behavior and create a positive learning environment through classroom rules, instruction on social skills, student teams, and rewards. Eight studies of CW-FIT found strong evidence it improved student behavior and promising evidence it improved teacher practice in managing behavior. CW-FIT was implemented in preK-12 classrooms to encourage appropriate behavior through reinforcement and minimizing attention to inappropriate actions.
