What is Berta about?

Witch Berta lived in a black house with her black cat Bepo. Since everything was black, Berta tripped over Bepo when he was sleeping. Berta used her magic to turn Bepo into a bright green color, but then problems continued when Bepo was outside. Frustrated, Berta turned Bepo into extravagant colors, but Bepo felt ridiculous and sad. Regretting it, Berta returned Bepo and her house to their original black colors, solving the problem.
