A survey was conducted of 50 customers who participated in a test launch of a new tablet-based ordering system at a restaurant. Key results found that most customers ordered dinner (100%) and appetizers (82%), rated their overall experience positively (72% rated 4 or 5), and found the tablets easy to use (78% rated navigation 3 or higher). However, over half of customers waited more than 15 minutes for their table.
