What is Function Block 107: Pattern Selector about?

This function block selects one of twelve pattern/literal values based on the byte value of its input, ranging from 0 to 10, or a default literal if the input is 11 or higher. It outputs an 8-bit value with the selected pattern. The block allows specifying the twelve literal values and execution sequence number, and is useful for driving 7-segment displays by selecting which pattern to display based on the input byte value.
