This study investigated the solubility of water in carbon dioxide (CO2) and nitrogen (N2) mixtures using Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The solubility of water was measured in CO2 + N2 mixtures with mole fractions of N2 of 0.050 and 0.100 at pressures between 8-18 MPa and temperatures of 25-40°C.
