What is Saturday Morning Heartache Poem about?

The document expresses frustration with Saturday mornings after Friday nights spent worrying about what will happen. Saturday mornings seem to mock the speaker for past rejections of their open heart. They feel like a hypocrite each Saturday morning and want to leave behind this painful routine as soon as possible, questioning why Saturday mornings must exist when they laugh at and suffocate the speaker with past hurts.
