The Supreme Court upheld the conviction of Don Vasquez for illegal possession and sale of drugs. While Vasquez argued his arrest was illegal because the police did not have an arrest warrant, the Court found he could no longer challenge the validity of his arrest since he did not file a motion to quash before entering his plea. The Court also ruled the warrantless arrest was valid because Vasquez was caught in flagrante delicto during a buy-bust operation, and the warrantless seizure of drugs was therefore
