Four candidate bacterial strains were identified for further analysis. The document outlines the process for three tasks: making glycerol stocks for long-term storage, plating dilutions on sucrose to test for counterselection, and preparing genomic DNA from the strains. Groups were divided to work with one of the four strains. Each group made a glycerol stock and plated a dilution of their assigned strain.
