This case report describes using computer-aided bypass of the inferior alveolar nerve for implant placement in a 72-year-old man with a severely resorbed mandible. CBCT scanning and dental implant planning software were used to place three implants while avoiding the inferior alveolar nerve. Three implants were successfully placed using a surgical template, and a post-op CBCT confirmed close proximity to the nerve without complications.
