What is IELTS Writing Task Guide about?

IELTS candidates must write two short essays: Writing Task 1 and Writing Task 2. If you wish to study abroad you must complete the IELTS Academic Module. This involves writing a 150-word essay describing a graph, table or diagram. For the general training module, you must complete a 250 word essay. A total of one hour is allowed for the completion of both writing tasks.
