Can I read Infrared Spectroscopic Evidence for Dihydridotricarbonyl(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium on EtoBox?

Infrared Spectroscopic Evidence for Dihydridotricarbonyl(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium by R. Whyman is a Chemistry article available to read on EtoBox.

What is Infrared Spectroscopic Evidence for Dihydridotricarbonyl(triphenylphosphine)ruthenium about?

The reactions of Ru(CO),PPh, and Ru(CO), under pressures of hydrogen have been studied using a high-pressure spectrophotometric cell. Infrared spectral evidence has been obtained for the formation of H,Ru(CO),PPh, in reversible equilibrium with Ru(CO),PPh, and hydrogen. Reaction of Ru(CO), with hydrogen at low temperatures affords H,Ru(CO), as the initial product ; above 20° decomposition occurs resulting in the formation of polynuclear products. ## DIHYDRIDOTRICARBONYL(TRIPHENYLPHOSPHINE)RUTHENIUM TABLE 1 v(C0) STRETCHING FREQUENCIES IN HEPTANE 341 Ru(CO),PPh, Ru(CO)~PP~, + Hz Ru(CO),PPh,
