This study evaluates the outcomes of patelloplasty using delayed absorbable suture materials for displaced patella fractures in 108 patients over two years. Results showed that 96.14% of patients had satisfactory outcomes, with a mean knee range of motion of 120 degrees, and only 1.85% experienced surgical site infections. The findings suggest that suture repair is a clinically acceptable alternative to metal implant fixation, with fewer postoperative complications.
