What is Resist the Imminent Iraq War about?

The document discusses the build up of US and UK troops in the Gulf region near Iraq and argues that the real reason for an impending attack on Iraq has nothing to do with threats posed by Saddam Hussein, but is instead motivated by US desires to strengthen its global empire and control of oil resources.
