This study aimed to determine the frequency of different types of eczema in patients at a tertiary care hospital in Karachi, enrolling 192 patients over one year. Results showed that 50% had endogenous eczema, with hand dermatitis being the most common type, while 43.37% had exogenous eczema, predominantly allergic contact dermatitis. The findings highlight the need for awareness and education regarding eczema management to improve patient quality of life.
