This study investigates new Deep Eutectic Solvents (DESs) based on N-methylacetamide and lithium salts for use as electrolytes in lithium-ion batteries. The DESs exhibit favorable physical and electrochemical properties, including large stability windows and good compatibility with lithium iron phosphate electrodes. The results indicate that these DESs could provide a safer and more environmentally friendly alternative for lithium-ion battery applications.
