What is Thierry Legault: Maintainer Parts Guide about?

This document discusses the process of aligning the optics of a telescope to compensate for misalignments. It describes checking the alignment by observing a star at high magnification and detecting any asymmetry in the diffraction patterns, which would indicate a misalignment. Minor misalignments can be corrected by adjusting individual screws on the secondary mirror mount in an iterative process of observation and adjustment until the alignment is optimized.
