This fully illustrated second volume of the series covers 197 artists and over 1,710 paintings, drawings, prints, sculptures, decorative art objects, and video works.</p><p>The sections are organized alaphabetically by artist from Pierre Gaboriau to William Kurelek. Entries are arranged chronologically by work and each includes a concise biography, accession number, title in English and French, inscriptions, provenance, former titles and attributions, and references to related works. Reproductions of the works accompany the entries and a numerical index by accession number makes locating a work a quick and easy task.</p>
