The inspection report summarizes observations from a site visit to the Waiyanitu Crossing emergency 3-cell crossing project on January 4, 2020. A new pedestrian access way was completed with safety signs and barriers. The upstream rock apron had visible voids that need filling with concrete. Work was nearly done on the headwall and grouted rock fill between pipe culvert units. Wingwall construction was in progress on the Navua end approach. Concrete mixing for the wingwall needed to be improved.
