What is Anxiety about?

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between anxiety and mental health in adolescents. It surveyed 150 adolescents (75 male, 75 female) from colleges in Rohtak, India. Tests were used to measure anxiety levels and mental health. The findings showed significant gender differences in anxiety and mental health, with females reporting higher anxiety and poorer mental health than males.
