This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated the efficacy and safety of aprocitentan in treating hypertension through five randomized controlled trials involving 1224 patients. The results indicated that low and medium doses of aprocitentan significantly reduced both sitting and ambulatory blood pressure, while high doses did not demonstrate improved efficacy. Overall, aprocitentan was found to have a good safety profile with no significant differences in adverse events compared to placebo.
