What is Wise and Foolish Builders Parable Explained about?

The parable describes two builders - one wise and one foolish. The wise builder constructed their house on a solid rock foundation, able to withstand flooding. The foolish builder built their house on sand or shallow creek beds, and when floods came the house collapsed. Jesus told this parable to illustrate the importance of having a strong spiritual foundation like obedience to God
