This document presents a preliminary study on the effectiveness of pineapple juice as a cleaning agent. It was conducted by 3 students from Universiti Teknologi MARA. The study aims to determine if pineapple juice, due to its bromelain enzyme content, can be an effective cleaner. 300ml of pineapple juice was mixed with 150ml of 85% ethanol to produce the pineapple juice cleaner.
