The memorandum provides links to the Learning Needs Assessment (LNA) 2022-2023 terminal report for each of the 13 regions of the Department of Tourism. The LNA was conducted from November 2021 to January 2022 to identify training needs and gaps to fulfill capacity building mandates. Regional directors are provided a copy of the final LNA report and the individual regional reports were uploaded to assigned drives on May 19, 2022.
