This research article investigates the impact of tax digitalization on the revenue generation system of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in Abuja, Nigeria. The study finds a significant positive relationship between various dimensions of tax digitalization, such as electronic audit and online payment systems, and revenue generation, with online payment identified as the strongest predictor. The results suggest that improving tax digitalization can enhance revenue collection and reduce tax leakages.
