The conference theme was "Maternal and Child Health Care within the Scope of Local Culture". Prof. Miaofen Yen from National Cheng Kung University Taiwan was the keynote speaker. The organizer was Dr. Ida Samidah, Chair of Health Sciences at Dehasen Bengkulu.
