This project investigates the use of machine learning to predict energy consumption in Ro-Ro vessels using sensor data from the MS Smyril. By preprocessing the data and applying Linear Regression and Random Forest Regressor models, the study achieved R2 Scores of 0.8598 and 0.9913 respectively, demonstrating the effectiveness of complex models in capturing non-linear relationships.
